Are we an agency that represents crew?
No. We are not a management service - we simply provide a database for crew to be listed and for productions to get in contact with you directly. We don't book crew, take any percentages or represent anyone in our directory.

How do I join the database?
Simply click "Join Database" button above and you'll put in touch with our team who will set up your profile to your specifications. You only need to select either a Basic or Premium listing.

Do I need to pay upfront?
No. It's free to join with either a Basic or a Premium listing. Your monthly payments only begin once you book your first job through the site.

How are payments processed?
Payments are automatically processed each month via a credit/debit card, direct debit or PayPal.

Are there any fees if I close my profile?
No. You can close and re-open your profile anytime, with no additional fees or obligations. Your profile will remain visible for any months paid in advance.

What is the difference between a Basic and a Premium listing?
A Basic listings shows your photo, name, roles and contact details within the database.
A Premium listing gives you a dedicated, customised webpage including images, logos, bio, full CV, website links, photo galleries and links to videos or samples of your work.

Is this database for individuals or companies?
Both. Individuals and companies can be featured in our database.

How do productions find me?
Anyone can search our database for crew based on job role and contact you directly. Simply ensure that your skills are listed with your profile.

I don't live in South Australia. Can I still be listed?
No. Only individuals or businesses who are permanently based in South Australia are eligible to be listed on this website, no exceptions.
